• Our sessions are for 10 - 15 year olds.

    We focus on functional movements – like squats, jumps, and lifts, that improve overall strength, balance and motor skills. These are the foundations for all sports and physical activities.

  • Our sessions are 60 minutes long and take place on Tuesday at 5:30pm and Saturday mornings at 9:15am.

  • Grab a monthly membership for £50 to hit up to 8 sessions a month, or use or Day Passes for £10 a session.

  • Our sessions are 60 minutes long and are always led by a qualified coach, sometimes 2. They will include a fun warm up, some new skill work, a chance to build strength and a fun workout for the juniors to let loose and get a sweat on.

  • Getting started is simple. Pick whether you would like to commit to a month and benefit from our best value package - a Juniors membership and then book on.
    Or if you just want to try a session out buy a Juniors Day Pass and book your first session.

  • We help them to build heathly relationships with exercise. Starting young reinforces that being active is fun and leads to lifelong healthy habits.

    It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.

  • We ask that a parent or guardian stays for the session but that’s why we’ve got a very expensive coffee machine and seating to watch the kids go.

    Even better though, why not bring your workout gear and join in a CrossFit session yourself at the same time? First one is on us. :)
