You have a good amount of push ups. You can perform 20+ with good form but you want to improve your strength and ability to do more and to do them better.

Complete a descending rep scheme 5 reps of each / 4 reps of each / 3 reps of each / 2 reps of each / 1 rep of each;

● Standard Push Ups

● Rectangle Push Ups

● Eagle Push Ups

●Gorilla Push Ups

● Diamond Push Ups

Aim to complete each round unbroken. When you can smash 5 rounds add a sixth, then a seventh, an eigth and so on.
